This means that the ascent from Medeu stations must begin no later than 21:00, since the road from Medeu stations to the hotel takes 1 hour. The route on the cable car is as follows: Medeu, then Shymbulak, then Kombi 1 and the final station Kombi 2. Also, electric taxis cost ₸ 4000 one way between the Medeu and Shymbulak stations.
QR tickets for the cable car are sent to the guest on the day of arrival via WhatsApp. Guests receive full information a day earlier also via WhatsApp. Guests must contact the hotel in advance or provide contact information in advance.
The hotel is located at an altitude of 3200 meters, guests are advised to carry a tablet against altitude sickness and aspirin just in case.

Se sijaitsee aivan vuoren huipulla, ja läpinäkyvyys oli todella puutteellista. Tieyhteyttä ei ole lainkaan – hotellille pääsee kolmella köysiradalla, mikä kestää noin 45 minuuttia.
Huoneille pääsee erittäin vaikeasti, varsinkin matkatavaroita kantaessa, eikä tätä selitetty vieraille selkeästi. Lisäksi jopa matkatavaroiden noutamisesta perittään lisämaksu, mikä on mahdotonta hyväksyä niin sanotulle viiden tähden hotellille.
Palvelut ovat erittäin huonoja, lähes olemattomia, ja ruokavaihtoehdot ovat hyvin rajalliset ja vaikeat.
Huippu sopii vain kokeneille hiihtäjille, ja se sulkeutuu aikaisin, mikä tekee huoneisiin palaamisesta erittäin haastavaa.
Helppoa pääsyä ei ole lainkaan, eikä hotelli sovi lapsille, vanhuksille tai oikeastaan kenellekään. Kaikki nämä asiat pitäisi mainita selvästi hotellin verkkosivuilla.
Ainoa positiivinen puoli on, että näkymät ovat aivan upeat.
