Hotel Cora

We stayed between September 2 and 4, two nights, non-cancellable booking. From 02.09 at 10 pm to 04.09 at 2:00 am (28 hours) we had no water. The intervention was announced by the supplier, who confirmed to me that he had sent an email to all economic agents in the area about the cessation of water supply. By the way, one of the receptionists even read me the respective email. However, at check-in, he didn't bother to inform me about this inconvenience, or at least to charge me only one day out of the two. The whole day of September 3 he kept telling us that he would turn on the water in an hour, or in two, etc. I said that I wanted to leave, that I wanted my money back for one day of accommodation. Kylpyhuoneen ovi, siinä oli ongelma, enkä saanut sitä kiinni. Kauhea kokemus ja paljon rahaa, jonka annan yöpyäkseni tässä hotellissa. Ymmärrän, että Mamaiassa kaikki on kallista, mutta meidän ei pitäisi liioitella.

Olen käynyt täällä perheeni kanssa neljä vuotta, ja suosittelen sitä lämpimästi. Huoneet ovat upeita, ilmastointi, puhtaat kylpyhuoneet ja oma pysäköintialue, ja hinnat ovat kohtuulliset.
